Whilst creating a welcoming and interesting environment is important, the most crucial part of any
organisation is its people. As a parent, you need to feel confident that you are leaving your child with somebody who will look after them, play with them, encourage them - and give them a cuddle if they need it.

Careful thought is given to selecting the right personnel, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have a stable team of staff who genuinely enjoy what they do. All our staff have are qualified to NVQ level 3 upwards, or are working towards this. Even more importantly, they have a real love of working with children.

Staff ratios laid down by Ofsted are always adhered to:
Children under 2 years... 1 member of staff: 3 children
Children 2–3 years... 1 member of staff: 4 children
Children 3+ years... 1 member of staff: 8 children
