Our nurseries have two sets of customers – our children and their parents. Unless both are happy, neither are happy. It is usually clear when a child is happy here, but it is also very important that the parent is asked about what improvements we could be making. As a result of the regular feedback, we have altered our session times, changed lunch menus to reduce preservatives and introduced security cameras across the building.
In addition to the parent survey, we also regularly receive letters and e-mails from parents telling us about how we are doing.
