Our staff
Highly qualified and fully trained, our staff have the skills and expertise to help your child grow, play and learn while at nursery. Every member of our team shares our commitment to child-led and play-centred learning. Their job is to help children fulfill their potential through safely exploring and discovering the world around them.
Compassionate, patient and caring, each of our staff members understands the impact that environment and relationships can have on learning. They help us create a home-from-home atmosphere where children feel safe, comfortable and confident, enabling them to thrive during their time with us.
Staff love sharing children’s progress and development with parents and carers and are happy to share feedback and advice to help your child continue their learning outside of nursery. It takes a village to raise a child and our staff are part of your village.
Getting to know every child
Our staff work throughout the nursery across all age groups, which we believe is hugely beneficial for the children in our care. Not only do children benefit from different skills and experiences when interacting with different members of staff, but this also helps to build their social confidence.
Here to guide and support
Our child-led approach to learning means that staff have more of a support role than a leadership role. They are here to guide and encourage your child as they learn and explore, giving them the helping hand they need to discover new skills and grow into rounded individuals.
